Tate brothers to find out on Tuesday whether or not they remain in custody/ The two Britons are charged with rape and human trafficking

The Tate brothers arrived at the Bucharest Court of Appeal on Tuesday morning, where judges will decide whether or not the two British citizens remain in custody. On 30 December, the judge of rights and freedoms of the Bucharest Court ordered the preventive arrest of the British Tate brothers for a period of 30 days.

Prosecutors from the Organized Crime Directorate (DIICOT) had requested the arrest of Andrew and Tristan Tate for 30 days. They are being investigated by prosecutors for setting up an organized criminal group, human trafficking and rape. Two Romanian women, who are believed to have worked with the pair, have also been detained in the same case.

The police officers who raided the home of the Tate brothers, who were detained for organized crime, human trafficking and rape, found a gorilla made of dollars, a crocodile covered with blue stones, luxury watches, various sums of money, knives and a gun, according to G4Media sources.

The millionaire brothers also had a sophisticated surveillance system, with at least 16 cameras monitoring everything in and around the house in an upscale area of the capital.

In the footage published by DIICOT you can also hear the reaction of the special troops when they see the gorilla with dollars, saying „f…ing s.it!”.

Also, according to G4Media.ro information, prosecutors seized 11 of the luxury cars found at the home of the two brothers. Andrew Tate recently sparred with environmental activist Greta Thunberg on Twitter over the number of cars the Briton owns.

Prosecutors suspect an organized criminal group was set up to recruit and exploit girls to create pornographic videos to be broadcast for free on porn sites, notably onlyfans. The two British brothers are accused of obtaining large sums of money to buy houses, luxury cars and cryptocurrencies. The case began in April, when DIICOT investigated the case of the young American girl kidnapped in Voluntari by the two British nationals.
