Family doctors can equip and renovate medical practices with money from the NRRP / €180 million available at their disposal

Family doctors will have more than €180 million from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan to renovate and equip medical practices, Europa FM reports.

3,000 family doctors or associations of primary care practices will be able to renovate and equip their practices with medical equipment such as a digital electrocardiograph, portable ultrasound machines, and IT equipment.

In addition, family doctors will also be able to invest in monitors for vital functions such as heart rate, non-invasive blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature or digital spirometers, and much more.

For equipment and furniture, each practice or association of practices will have access to €45,000 in funding, excluding VAT.

The amounts allocated for the renovation of medical practices

For renovation, they can apply for funds of up to €15 000 excluding VAT.

Applications for funding can be submitted on the NRRP platform from 4 August 2022 at 10:00.
